Crackdown on Los Angeles County Dispensaries has been Announced by D.A.

Los Angeles County District Attorney Steve Cooley said that he would be prosecuting medical marijuana dispensaries for over the counter sales which has been the standard practice of dispensing medical marijuana under an initiative approved by California voters over a decade ago.

Cooley claims that 100% of the dispensaries in Los Angeles County are operating illegally and the time to put an end to that is NOW. What does this mean for our dispensaries and our patients? That remains to be seen.
